No, the restaurant only needs to prepare the food. We take care of the rest. We receive every delivery order the same time as you do. In just a few minutes after the order is received our driver will be at the restaurant to pick up the food.
If the food is delivered late and the order is canceled, the Restaurant will receive a cancelation email with the reason why the food was cancelled. If the reason is due to our Driver, we will cover 100% of the food cost.
GrubHub and Doordash would only cover 70%.
We make sure we have double the amount of Drivers that Grubhub and Doordash normally have each day.
It can be anywhere from 0% to 15% depending on the deal the Restaurant has with us. However, we guarantee that Our Fee + GrubHub, Doordash etc. fees combined will always be less than what you are currently paying to those companies.
That's never happened before, but if it does happen, we will cover all costs associated with that order.
